Our response to COVID-19

The wellbeing of our staff, our communities and the impact we have on the environment, whilst maintaining superior customer service, have always been number one priorities for our group. This doesn’t change in light of the current situation associated with the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Acrow Group of Companies (Acrow Formwork & Scaffolding, Uni-span Australia and Natform) has to date responded to COVID-19 by monitoring and implementing all measures recommended by the Australian Government’s Department of Health.

Like many businesses and organisations around the world, we are continuing to take sensible, practical steps to minimise the impact and spread of the virus. We will continue to closely monitor alerts, statements, and advice and follow guidelines from the Australian Government, authorities and Federal health departments, the World Health Organisation and the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, as required.

Acrow Group of Companies has developed and adopted HR-P-5.0 Group Policy for COVID-19. This policy identifies the responsibilities of our management teams and staff, as well as prevention guidelines and the measures to be taken, should a confirmed case be identified.

Our staff have been commended on their remarkable co-operation as they continue to adopt an open-minded approach to this unprecedented time.

As circumstances change, we will prepare and respond to them, keeping the safety of our employees, customers, business partners and communities a top priority.

At present, we have no reported cases of the infection within our team, nor their families, and are not aware of any significant impacts to our day-to-day business operations and service. Monitoring will continue, as will updates to staff and customers.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.
