Phenolic Plywood

Cross bonded birch or spruce veneers, coated with phenolic resin on both sides.

The phenolic coating is resistant to abrasion, moisture penetration and chemicals.  Bonding according to EN 314-2 / class 3.

For a high number of reuses, clean the plywood before applying the release agent.

Use it carefully when handling and storing.

 

BIRCH PLYWOOD

Birch plywood is coated with a smooth 220 g/m2phenolic film. The board edges are sealed with water resistant paint.

Mainly used for walls and slabs where smooth and flat concrete finishes are required.

Number of uses: 20 to 50*.

 

BETO PLYWOOD

Mirror construction plywood made of birch and spruce veneers, bonded together in a cross banded construction.  Coated on both sides with a 120 g/m2 phenolic film. The board edges are sealed with water resistant paint.

Mainly used for walls and slabs where flat concrete finishes are required.

Number of uses: 15 to 30*.

 

SPRUCE PLYWOOD

Spruce plywood is coated with a 120 g/m2 phenolic film. The edges are sealed with water resistant paint.

Mainly used for walls and slabs where flat concrete finishes are required.

Number of uses: 10 to 20*.
