The NEVI Modular Formwork system is an innovative range of panels and accessories for framing any vertical concrete shape in buildings, e.g. walls, columns.

The lightness and quality of materials of NEVI formwork allow for either manual or crane handling, always enabling high performance.

New materials and technical innovations have been combined to reach the ideal balance between lightness and strength: steel structure, plywood covered by phenolic film and standard accessories like clamps to make gangs by joining panels.

Light panels facilitate handset assembling and dismantling.
All panels have got lateral holes that allow quickly adapting to typical shapes, such as bulkheads, corners and columns. NEVI system provides high versatility that help solving problems on site.
The system is designed to support high concrete pressures.

Maximum concrete pressure:
For heights greater than 2.7 m, maximum permissible pressure: 60 kN/m2.

Maximum deflections:
60 kN/m2 (line 6, DIN 18202).

Hydrostatic pressure:
For heights lower than 2.7 m: hydrostatic pressure of 67.5 kN/m2, that is, it does not require concrete pouring speed control.

Wide range of panels:
Three height ranges: 2.7 m, 2.4 m and 1.2 m panels, totally compatible, able to be placed both vertically and horizontally.
Range of widths: 0.9 m, 0.6 m, 0.45 m, 0.3 m.
It is possible to form gangs every 15 cm by combining different panels.

The plywood skin enables excellent concrete finishes.

: Panels are quickly joined by clamps with a hammer strike. This allows forming large gangs.

It uses common accessories of other vertical ULMA Construcción formwork systems.

The Universal panel solves different column sizes:

From 10 x 10 cm to 65 x 65 cm with the possibility to adjust every 5 cm. You can also form greater rectangular columns by connecting two Universal panels on the same plane.
Height range: 2.7 m, 2.4 m, 1.2 m.
Admissible concrete pressure: 60 kN/m2
Perpendicular assembly with a Bulkhead hook and a Plate washer nut 15 through the lateral holes on one panel and the front holes spaced every 5 cm on the other one.

Safety items are easily fastened to panels, thus always ensuring safe system use.
